In conjunction with the Zanesville Prize for Contemporary Ceramics exhibition, which runs now through January 2, 2016 at the ZMA, the museum is offering exciting ceramic-making workshops. These workshops are brought to you through a generous grant provided by the Ohio Arts Council.
Zanesville ceramicist Jessica Gray will lead a two-day workshop designed exclusively for beginners. On the first Saturday, October 31 from 12 to 3 pm, create sculptural wall art using a range of innovative technique. Decorate the piece Saturday, November 14 from 10 am to 12 pm, using an array of bright and bold Amaco glazes. All materials and tools provided.
