Zanesville artist Nora Daniel will personalize her instruction for new as well as seasoned artists seeking support, suggestions, and technical help. Daniel will demonstrate how to paint and draw from life; students will have the opportunity to bring a favorite object, start a self-portrait, or work outdoors. Students are also encouraged to bring work in process for help with completion, or to have finished work critiqued.

This class meets Thursdays, July 14, 21, 28, and August 4, 11, 18, 25, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the ZMA.

• Not-Yet-Members: $85

   Recommended for adults and teens ages 15 and older.
   Some experience recommended.
   Acrylic paint, canvases, and charcoal provided.
