Maddy Fraioli will lead an exciting two-week summer art camp for tweens and teens at the ZMA Monday through Friday, 9 am to noon, July 20 through July 31, 2015.

Full scholarships are available. Please call (740) 452-0741 for further information.

Week One: MAKING FACES
Get your hands dirty this summer and learn to make faces in clay. Create whimsical ceramic face mugs in this week-long day camp at the ZMA. Spend each morning molding, shaping, and then, in week two, glazing your ceramics. Learn more about this region’s rich clay heritage and explore the museum’s exciting collection of American Art Pottery.

Learn to create one-of-a-kind handmade prints using the relief printmaking process. Enjoy mornings making handcrafted paper and fanciful prints and learn a range of intriguing techniques. Art campers will explore botanical prints on display in the exhibition Scientific Wonders: Botanical Prints from the Lloyd Library and Museum.
