Director’s Lecture, Wednesday, December 14, 12–1 pm, at the ZMA in Linn Auditorium.

Join museum director Laine Snyder for an exploration of the rise of American Modernism and how artists from The Eight—a loose alliance that were viewed as rebels by the popular press—helped revolutionize the art world in turn-of-the-century New York. Snyder will examine works included in the exhibition American Modernism, Urban Realism, and The Eight.
