Stories of the People and Products of Zanesville Tile Companies
Speaker: Researcher, writer, history enthusiast, and ZMA Docent Michael Sims
Enjoy the intriguing tales of the local tile manufacturers like the Mosaic Tile Company and the American Encaustic Tile Company. An integral part of the world-famous pottery industry of Zanesville and the surrounding areas, tile producers left quite an impression, and their stories live on thanks to passionate researchers like Michael Sims.
Wednesday, July 10, 12 pm, at the ZMA in the 1st Floor American Art Pottery Gallery. Free and open to the public. Light lunch refreshments will be provided. Registration required by July 9, 2024.
